Objective: Eliminate expensive overseas shipping charges for US Department of State promotional materials sent to US embassies.

Outcome: Created one-page A4 flyers formatted for electronic submission to US embassies worldwide. The US embassies would then be responsible to print its own copies for distribution. Using a designated template, each flyer had a specific theme which informed people in other countries about American holidays and traditions.
