Objective: Increase brand loyalty in the luxury market by providing travel-related services tailored to each guest’s specific preferences
Outcome: HY PASS System is composed of an integrated RFID elite status membership card and a mobile application available only to the luxury guest. The concept is based on collecting data, organizing and processing guests’ preferences in order to anticipate the guest’s needs to be able to deliver tailored services and solutions. The HY PASS mobile application provides the guest with a 24/7 personal concierge with access to the guest’s specific preferences. The HY PASS device collects data through the RFID chip and alerts hotel staff, restaurants, and partner stores upon the guest’s arrival.

Recommending partner restaurants, stores, museums and events based on the guest’s profile, making reservations, providing locations and drivers if needed
