UniWish Campaign
Objective: Create a new social media strategy for UniEuro, an Italian Electronics Store, to increase its customer base across various demographics.
Outcome: UniWish gets customers engaged, sharing, and spreading the UniEuro brand on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. Beginning with creating a “wish list” for Christmas, graduations, birthdays, weddings or other special events, UniWish photo booth kiosks allow customers to take free pictures of themselves with a picture of their wish list item. The UniWish photo booths add special effects to the photo, like mustaches or hats, and UniEuro will then send the UniWish photos to the intended recipients. All the photos and addresses are catalogued and used for future e-newsletters and postings on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. The information is repurposed into testimonials about different products, used to track popular items for different demographics, and for mailing or emailing recipients suggesting additional items to compliment each particular wish list.
